Thai Massage

Thai massage is a traditional form of bodywork that incorporates stretching techniques along with acupressure and deep massage. It is often referred to as "Thai yoga massage" because of the therapist's use of their hands, knees, legs, and feet to move you into various yoga-like stretches.

The stretching component of Thai massage helps to reduce fatigue and release tight muscles by elongating and opening up the body. This can improve flexibility, increase range of motion, and relieve muscular tension. The therapist applies rhythmic pressure to specific points along energy lines in the body, known as “sen lines,” to stimulate the flow of energy and promote balance.
